DESAER is a national company, constituted with this denomination in 2017 and formed by people with strong past in the aeronautical development branch; is installed at Incubaero - a department of the Casimiro Montenegro Filho Foundation at ITA, one of the technology and development institutes within the DCTA facilities in São José dos Campos (SP). The company's plan is to have ATL-100 prototype in the coming years.

The ATL - 100 is by definition a LOGISTICS SYSTEM, that is a logistic aircraft that needs to be available and ready for the operator to fulfill its varied range of missions.
DESAER understands and shares the idea that the support of a complex system needs to be designed and developed, as well as its other aerodynamic, structural, etc. characteristics.
In this sense, the product has been developed, from the design, to the requirements of reliability, availability, maintainability and safety. The inspiration for this approach comes from what is discussed and taught in AeroLogLab-ITA, whose methodology and doctrine we follow at every stage of the development cycle, to result in a mature product from the point of view of its RAMS factors.
